- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The front desk reception area feels dirty. The receptionists are lacking in personality. The nurse/medical assistant staff do not engage with the children in order to ease their fears. They do not seem to have patience, yet expect it of us when we wait 48 minutes (in a tiny room with an anxious and energetic toddler) to see the doctor. That is unacceptable for adults let alone a child! This is not the first time this has happened either. Dr Dunn is very persistent about the flu vaccine which I will never give myself or my children, then makes it seem I am deliberately harming my children by not giving it to them. Then to wait an additional 15 minutes for the other necessary vaccines made me feel I was being punished somehow for the above refusal. We will not be returning.March 19, 2017by K
